Hello future EIVP student! 

Are you preparing to start your studies at our wonderful school and are struggling to find accommodation?  → This page is for you!

The École des Ingénieurs de la Ville de Paris is located at 80 rue Rébeval in the 19th arrondissement of Paris.

EIVP is close to the “Belleville” station, served by lines 2 and 11. Line 11 of the Paris metro has recently been extended to Rosny-Bois-Perrier! You can also search for accommodation in several of the capital's arrondissements: 19th, 20th, 18th and 11th, as well as in the nearby communes of Les Lilas, Bagnolet, Romainville, Montreuil, Rosny-sous-Bois, etc.

We invite you to consult the following websites to help you in your search!

- Crous: provides housing for students on scholarship. Around thirty places are available at EIVP. To give students the best possible support, it is possible to combine different types of assistance. In particular, the Crous and Action Logement programs can complement each other in terms of housing assistance.
- Lokaviz: offers accommodation in private homes.
- Adele: offers accommodation in student residences.
- Logement EIVP Facebook group: a self-help group for finding an apartment or shared flat.
- Le site national des étudiants: provides all the information you need to find accommodation, a guarantor, websites, procedures and financial aid.
- RIVP and Hénéo are landlords with which EIVP has signed agreements. These partnerships enable us to house some of our students every year.
- Visale guarantee: this is a free guarantee offered to tenants by Action Logement. It covers the payment of rent and damage to the principal residence, in the event of default by the tenant. Thanks to this reliable, free guarantee, tenants can find accommodation more easily and quickly, while reassuring their future landlord!

→ To obtain accommodation via Le Crous, RIVP or Hénéo, you need to go through the housing referent at the school.
